In our ongoing effort to continually improve the ApexLink experience, our Engineering Department has scheduled a maintenance window for Tuesday July 12th 2016 from 3:00am to 6:00am Eastern Standard Time to perform updates/server upgrades.
While the maintenance window is set for 2 hours, the expected downtime is approximately 30-45 minutes. You should prepare for intermittent service disruptions during this maintenance window.

1. The Real Optima Subscription Payment Terms are in addition to the general ApexLink terms & conditions published on our main website at apexlink.com under terms of use agreement and privacy statement.
2. By entering your credit card, debit card and/or ACH information in the system, you hereby agree to pay Real Optima for any services or units you select to purchase. Services may include recurring subscription fees or individual services such as credit or criminal background screening. Recurring subscription fees will be automatically charged to your payment methods on file on the first day of each month and for clients who choose to pay their subscription annually, payment is charged on the anniversary date of your signup.
3. Any charge, whether made by credit/debit card or ACH, which results in a chargeback, denial, or refusal from your bank will incur a $25 per instance service charge in addition to the original amount owed. If a backup payment method is provided, that method will be used to pay the original charge plus the $25 service charge. As long as the backup payment method is successful, access to the Real Optima system will remain available.
4. For Bank Draft / ACH payments, I authorize ApexLink Inc. to electronically submit my check payment. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
5. Subscription services are deemed delivered to customer for the period on the first day of every month and for annual subscribers on the anniversary date of the signup. No pro-rated refunds of a single month or year will be granted for cancellation of service requested.
6. In the event a backup payment method is not provided or not available, ApexLink Inc. reserves the right to suspend the unpaid account until all amounts due, plus any applicable service charges, are paid in full.
7. Any unpaid balance, including late fees will accrue 2% interest per month until paid.
8. To discontinue service at any time, I agree to login to the Real Optima System under the Billing and Subscription section and remove my default payment information. This will result in automatic discontinuation of any recurring paid services.
